I began my journey in the world of design with hot metal typesetting, a hands-on craft that taught me the fundamentals of typography and layout. As technology evolved, I transitioned to finished art, honing my skills in traditional print media and gaining a deep appreciation for meticulous design work. Eventually, I embraced the digital age, merging my expertise in print with new techniques in web design. Today, I work as a motion designer, seamlessly blending print and web elements to create cohesive and impactful visual experiences using animation to communicate.
This includes experience designing eBooks and iPad Books. Print has been a part of my working life for over 20 years starting in hot metal moving onto technical print production and finally onto digital design with many projects for print and electronic digital delivery through modern software and coding
